We guarantee the quality of our services. If you are not completely satisfied, return the work to us within 96 hours and we will make the necessary changes to meet your requirements. We do not make any refunds for completed services under any circumstances. Bespoke world reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Bespoke world website. You agree to periodically review our website, including the current version of our Refund Policy. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
 

• We will not be held responsible or accountable for any loss or damages suffered by you in the event of a third party cancellation of the accomomdation, restaurants or services booked and confirmed by us. We shall however endeavour to do our utmost to assist you in either reinstating any such booking or finding alternative reservations for you. We shall also endeavour to do our utmost to help you in recovering any loss from third parties incurred by you as a result of any such cancellation.
• Should you wish to cancel be it the entire trip or a portion thereof prior to bookings being made, we will be unable to refund the first 50% payable by you. Should you wish to cancel be it the entire trip or a portion thereof once bookings have been made you will still be liable for the remainder of the fees due to us.

• You may make alterations to your proposed itinerary at any time prior to bookings and/or reservations being made. Any additional work undertaken and time spent by us as a result of such changes will be reflected in your final invoice.
• We shall endeavour to do our utmost to accommodate any alterations you wish to make after bookings have been made by us. If we are able to make the requested alternations we will inform you of any charges you will have to incur in making the said alterations both by the third party involved and by us.
